Don Szczepaniak serves as Executive Vice President for the Sensory Solutions Group of Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company (PESCO), a division of Panasonic Corporation of North America. PESCO provides comprehensive solutions directly to clients in two major areas: Energy Solutions, comprised of commercial-scale solar and energy efficiency systems, and Sensory Solutions, comprised of large-scale audio-visual and connectivity solutions for major sports, entertainment, government, and corporate clients.
Don is charged with rapidly growing the Sensory Solutions business by leveraging the strengths of Panasonic and its valued partners to deliver ongoing value for its clients.
Prior to joining PESCO, Don served as Senior Vice President of Service and Support for Panasonic Systems Communications Company, where he headed all B2B operational activities in the US and Latin America including: customer service, supply chain, business operations, warranty repair, technical support , solution architecture, and professional services
Don joined Panasonic in 1986 and began a career focused within Panasonic’s consumer electronics segment. He held a variety of management positions during his tenure at Panasonic Consumer including: Regional Service Manager, National Parts Administration Manager, and Callcenter Director. After leaving the Consumer segment, Don held the role of Vice President of Customer Experience, where he was responsible for transforming shared service processes and the customer support experience across Panasonic Corporation of North America. In that role, he led the corporation’s efforts to transform shared service operations for web, customer service, and callcenter.
Don Szczepaniak earned a BS degree in Marketing and Economics from Illinois State University. He is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and currently resides in Westfield, New Jersey.
