Lisa Hanlon

Lisa Hanlon co-founded Teltech Communications in 1999 and serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.  In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the strategic goals of Teltech Communications and its subsidiaries, Genesis Green Solar and GrayWolves Telecom.  

The Teltech family of companies provides a complete lifecycle of services and solutions for the wireless and wireline industries including: Asset Management, Value Added Reselling, Forward and Reverse Logistics, Refurbishment and Recycling of decommissioned network assets.

Under Lisa’s leadership, Teltech’s Genesis Green subsidiary has transitioned from recycling operations into the design and development of solar and alternative energy solutions.  With its primary focus on the telecom industry, this new initiative has developed an innovative mobile Onsite Solar system and tethered drone solution that provides reliable, rugged and sustainable power and communication capabilities for disaster recovery and remote applications in a variety of field-based industries. 

By developing a culture of service and nimbleness, Lisa has led Teltech to become one of the most trusted partners in the telecommunications industry.  She has also instilled an ethos of giving.  Lisa was instrumental in developing and shaping a strategic partnership with GrayWolves Telecom and Warriors4Wireless, a non-profit organization that is focused on providing Veterans careers in the Telecom Industry.

Lisa is an active member of the TM Forum, where she is involved in developing global standards for the Tech Industry.  She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the D/FW Minority Supplier Development Council, and is also a co-founder of Women for Wounded Warriors, a non-profit that provides resources, support, and employment opportunities for spouses, family members and caregivers for American Veterans. 

Prior to co-founding Teltech, Lisa studied pre-med at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and the University of Colorado-Boulder and is a graduate of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program.
