Michael Courtney is the founder of Aperio Insights, an agency focused on marketing research, ethnography and long range strategic foresight for industries including wireless, automotive, education, medical devices, digital payments and financial services.
Mr. Courtney holds an MMR degree (Masters in Marketing Research) from the University of Georgia and has more than 20 years of research and strategic consulting experience. His areas of expertise include new product development, long-range scenario planning and digital ethnography.
As a researcher, he is naturally curious about how consumers’ think and what motivates them as they interact with their environment. Mike is passionate about exploring what causes behavior and what it takes to change it – now and in the future.
